These terms govern use of the NordCrest Academy website, program catalog, learner portal, enrollment services, certificate pathways and related support. By enrolling or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the programs

NordCrest programs are online, career-development and continuing-learning certificate pathways. Unless a program page explicitly states otherwise, they are not university degrees, government licences, immigration guarantees, employment guarantees or automatic professional-equivalency documents.

Eligibility and account information

Applicants must provide accurate identity, contact and enrollment information. Learner access is personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying support of suspected misuse.

Enrollment and payment

The selected course, package and final price are shown before Stripe Checkout confirmation. Enrollment is not complete until payment is successfully confirmed. Taxes, currency conversion or bank charges may be applied by the payment provider or card issuer.

Learning access and acceptable use

Course materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal educational use. Copying, reselling, republishing, automated extraction, credential sharing, assessment impersonation or interference with the platform is prohibited.

Completion and certificate eligibility

Payment alone does not guarantee certificate issuance. Learners must complete the applicable lessons, activities, assessment and identity or integrity checks. NordCrest may withhold, correct or revoke a record obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or academic misconduct.

Recognition and professional use

Employers, institutions, regulators and authorities make independent recognition decisions. Learners must verify local requirements before relying on a certificate for a regulated role, licence, promotion, immigration process or academic admission.

Printed documents and delivery

Printed certificate preparation and delivery are subject to correct recipient information, courier availability, destination rules and customs processes. Local duties or import charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy. Eligibility may be limited after digital access, administrative review, personalized processing, assessment, certificate preparation or other service work has begun.

Service availability

NordCrest may maintain, improve or temporarily suspend parts of the platform. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve learner records and restore service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
