Programs and learning

Are programs fully online?

Yes. NordCrest programs are designed for online, self-paced learning through the learner portal.

How is each program structured?

Each active course follows a 10-module, 50-lesson pathway. Every module contains five lessons covering objectives and core knowledge, concepts and terminology, applied methods or workflows, a realistic case or assignment, and knowledge/quality review.

Are there quizzes and a final exam?

Yes. Each of the 10 modules has a five-question quiz. A learner must complete the five lessons in that module before its quiz is accepted. After all 50 lessons and all 10 module quizzes are completed, the 20-question final exam becomes the final assessment step. The published passing threshold is 70%; retakes are allowed and the best recorded score is retained.

How long does a program take?

Expected duration is shown on the program page. Actual completion time depends on prior knowledge, study schedule and course requirements.

Enrollment and payment

How do I enroll?

Choose a course from the catalog, review its full curriculum, complete the enrollment form, choose a certificate package and continue to secure Stripe Checkout.

What payment options are available?

The standard public pathways are Digital Certificate ($79), Printed Certificate ($149) and Advanced Professional ($390). The selected package and amount are shown before payment confirmation.

How does course access activate?

Before Stripe Checkout, NordCrest creates a course-specific enrollment record. The Stripe Checkout session carries a secure reference to that record. After Stripe confirms successful payment, the selected course is activated for the checkout email address and appears in the Student Dashboard.

Is my card information entered on NordCrest?

No. Card payment is completed through Stripe Checkout. Do not send card numbers by email or ordinary contact forms.

Assessment and certificates

Does payment automatically issue a certificate?

No. Payment activates the purchased learning pathway. Certificate eligibility requires the 50 lessons, 10 module quizzes and final assessment to be completed successfully. Printed and advanced professional documents may also require administrative review.

Can a certificate be verified?

Yes. Issued records can be checked through the Certificate Verification page using the certificate code supplied to the learner.

Is a certificate a degree or professional licence?

No, unless a specific program explicitly states otherwise. NordCrest certificates document career-development learning and do not automatically replace degrees, regulated licences or country-specific professional authorization.

Printed certificates and support

How long does international delivery take?

Delivery depends on destination, document preparation, courier availability, customs and local conditions. Accurate recipient and telephone information is essential.

What if I selected the wrong course or package?

Contact Contact Support promptly with the receipt and enrollment email. Options depend on whether access or personalized processing has started.

How can an employer verify a certificate?

Use the Certificate Verification page or contact support with the certificate number. Only limited verification information is disclosed.
