NordCrest Academy respects the privacy of learners, applicants, certificate holders, employers, institutional partners, affiliates and website visitors. This policy explains the categories of information we handle and the purposes for which it is used.

Information we collect

We may collect identity and contact information, country or region, selected program, certificate pathway, enrollment and completion records, payment references, support correspondence, organization details and referral or campaign information. Certificate verification may require a certificate number and limited identity information.

How information is used

To process applications, enrollments and learner access.
To administer learning activities, assessments and completion review.
To prepare eligible digital or printed certificate records.
To provide support, respond to inquiries and manage partner applications.
To prevent fraud, protect the platform and maintain accurate verification records.
To understand campaign performance and improve the learner experience.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. NordCrest Academy does not request full card numbers through ordinary contact forms. Payment providers process transaction information under their own privacy and security terms.

Certificate verification

When a certificate is issued, limited data may be available through a verification tool so employers or institutions can confirm the certificate number, holder name, program and status. Sensitive payment information is not displayed in the public registry.

Cookies and referral data

The website may use essential storage, security cookies, analytics information and referral parameters to maintain sessions, remember affiliate sources and attribute enrollments. Browser controls can limit non-essential cookies, although some functions may then work differently.

Data retention and security

Records are retained for as long as reasonably required for enrollment administration, certificate verification, financial compliance, dispute handling and platform security. Administrative, technical and access-control measures are used to reduce unauthorized access or misuse.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention or certificate-verification purposes.
