How we use information

Information is used to process applications, respond to inquiries, support certificate issuance, maintain verification records, prevent misuse, and improve website operations.

Payments

Online payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not ask visitors to submit full card numbers through our website contact forms.

Certificate verification

When a certificate is issued, limited verification data may be made searchable so third parties can confirm whether a certificate number appears in the registry.
