Certificate Verification Policy

NordCrest Academy / CareerNWU provides certificate verification support for records that have been issued and added to the public registry.

What verification confirms

Verification confirms whether a certificate or record number appears in the registry and may show limited public details such as holder name, program title, issue date and status.

What verification does not confirm

Verification does not replace employer background checks, licensing checks, immigration review, regulated professional recognition, equivalency assessment or legal due diligence.

Manual verification

If a record is not visible or the certificate was recently issued, contact support with the certificate number, holder name and document copy.
